Default Cheap ERS Cloth alternative?

I tried putting my cellphone in one of those anti-static bags you get computer components in, killed my reception by quite a bit.

So it definitely works with RFI, does it work with EMI? who knows I have no way to measure it.

Does it work at all on audio equipment? Jury is still out in my mind, haven't put it on the inside of any gear yet, just ontop of some SMPS. Cheap enough to try though.

good idea -- have been thinking about alternatives and have a stack of component bags to use.
