Hello,
Just wondered if anyone had come across 1N270 diodes marked as G1? I have looked in my cross reference books and came up with nothing....apparently its an ibm part? Just want to check before i buy! Thanks guys |

Why not google 1N270 ?
I did and got hundreds of hits. |

I found some "G1"'s in old UHF TV tuners as mixers. A 1N270 I don't think would work up there. A tunnel diode maybe?

yeah i did a google and yahoo and got too many hits, none of them much use!
