I would say it's 2.2µF or 2.200nF or 2.200.000pF
The J stands for tolerance = 5%
250V = 250VDC

Most likely polyester.

2.2 mfs is the right answer ....gosh to many zeros....

improovemnt to what ???/ whats the circuit ???? whats the application ????

improvement for my preamp amc cvt 1030. this crossover is surrounding the 12ax7 x2 and 12au7 x2. just looking to improve the sound.

below is the inside pic of amc 1030 and the cap above is orange coloured.

what kind of resistor is this? Polypropylen?polyester?

i am looking upgrade to vishay mkt1822 polyester? or jantsen supreme? or auricap? thanks
