Question motorola to-3 cas transistors sj3564,65,66 Help!

Hello everyone newbie here can anyone help us? we just cam across new old stock motorola to-3 case transistors part number sj3564,sj3565 and sj3566 looked everywhere for info/specs but cannot find any refernce regarding these beauties from the late 60's probablt audio outputs but not sure can anyone help???
