Douglas wavewinder

Has anyone heard of a transformer (?) winder of this name? And if there's any information on it on the internet somewhere.

Obviously I haven't been able to find anything...

There is a picture of the Douglas coilwinder in the earlier editions of the settings book that comes with the AVO valve testers. The tester and the winder appear to be made by the same outfit.
Sorry it's not much to go on.
