Hi all,
to connect my two computers to my 2.1 speaker set with integrated amplifier I need a simple switch between these two input sources which I want to remote control. Too bad, I cannot find a retail product with these features. So maybe I'll have to build one myself. Do there exist any schematics for such a device, already? If not, I was thinking about using some microController to handle the IR and a multiplexer to select between the input signals. Are there any recommended multiplexers I could use? Would a differential MUX be the right choice? BTW: The device won't have to be a high-end solution. All I need is a relatively cheap quality device. Would be nice, if anybody could help. Thanks, Faralla |
