URGENT mp3 chip, need help!!

hey my name is jason paterson, a final year student at dundee university and i need some help,
as a part of my final year project i require a mp3 player chip, the requirements are as follows:

i require a chip capable of holding 12 tracks which can all be independently triggered and played through a single mono output.

if you know where i could find such a chip or even a couple of places that might be able to help me it would be greatly apreciated
