Driver Transistors

Anyone have or know of some sources for any of the following complimentary pairs? Or how about other suitable subs.

Thanks Geek, I knew about that place in BC but I don't really wanna deal with them or their minimum order. The search continues. They only have the 1006 180V rated anyways. I need atleast 1006A 200V
