Hi, someone know some schematic of an programmable Power Supply for Bench ?

Hmmm well it depends on how you want to program it. You could probably pick up a used fluke or tek supply with a GPIB port for a good price. If you're handy with code I would say use a PIC chip to take in serial data and feed the analog out an OPA549.
