As a general guide, If I put bras plating on my PCB tracks how much would this increase the current handling of them?
Plating is about 0.5mm thick, tracks are approx 1cm wide Is there a better way I can increase with power handling of the tracks without making them wider? |

Solder a bus bar to them. You can use a piece of heavy gauge copper wire for a bus bar.

1 cm copper traces, 35 µm thick can take 30-40 A without fusing the traces. 70 or 105 µm can you also test. How many amperes do you have in your circuit?

About 75 @ full load.
I have a fair bit a 1mm copper winding wires. If i solder it onto the traces every cm or so along with iss act as the same thing right? |

What is it? An amp? Think also that the half current will flow in all traces except for speaker output (if it's an amp). 70-105 µm will do the trick for you also soldering extra copper wire.
