Here is something cheap and safe to try.
Washing soda works better than baking soda; you can make it by baking your baking soda in your kitchen oven. Or substitute standard water softener as is used for laundry.
By the way, any residues from the Silvo can be removed by a final wiping with alcohol.

If you can't find it, just use the baking soda. But there's a simple conversion procedure by simply applying heat:

Spread the baking soda on a baking sheet so it's in a thin layer. Set your kitchen oven to 200*C and bake the baking soda for a time depending on the amount, maybe 20 minutes to half an hour. The result is washing soda, as the carbon dioxide is given off.
 
L'argent c'est mieux

Nounours, je t’assure, l'argent oxydé n'est pas beau esthétiquement mais ça conduit mieux, c'est un fait, l'argent est le meilleur conducteur. L’or, c'est pour les blaireaux, ça conduit mal mais ça ne s'oxyde pas, donc, pour les constructeurs, le choix a été vite fait
