Hello all, long time reader first time poster...
My problem is that I just built some active monitors (powered speakers). But the levels on the amps dont go high enough (manufactures mistake, sux). So I cant get them to match the volume of my other speakers. The amp I use powers some smaller speakers and provides the preouts for my active monitors. Anyone know of any small single (stereo) channel (I guess or 2 mono) preamplifier? Think a preamp will boost the signal enough? Never needed a preamp before.
Figured I would show them

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Alternatively, do you have the schematics for the active circuits?
If you can post them, maybe somebody could suggest a simple change that would boost the gain, so they match the rest of your system better.
I would be surprised if the change involves anything more than replacing one, or at most two, resistors.
