Just some friendly advice regarding the above power supply.
As some may be aware, one of the best general purpose Fet Probes that can be bought quite cheaply is the P6201 (900 Mhz)
Unfortunately, the matching power supply, the 1101A is still relatively expensive, especially for what it is, ie a PSU that provides +/-15V and +5V
One can eaisily build one quite cheaply, but be aware of a wiring discrepancy in the manual (available from the TEK website)
DO NOT use the wiring diagram schedule on page 1-5. It does not correspond with the pins number designations printed on the LEMO socket.
Pin 3 and 4 have been swapped around.
Use the socket wiring diagram as shown on page 2-4, and ignore the pin numbering. This is the correct one.
Since the probe has no protection against reverse polarity, you can kiss it goodbye. Trust me, I found out the painfull way.
