I have an Alpine CDA 9813 with a problem with the fan circuit.
One of the transistors are blown. The part is one of those tiny surface mount ones marked "912".
Does anyone know how to identify this part? The package is so small that there's no manufacturer logo on it. This is also the only "912" transistor in the 9813 so i don't have any other identical parts i could measure to figure out whether it's npn or pnp.
