The only thing I can come up with is
http://new.vishay.com/resistors-fixe...ct-30204/sales They're all located in Italy so I would start giving them a call 1 by 1 Would be nice to post results  I remember once I needed a special kind of silpads, quite expensive. Couldn't find them, searched everywhere and finally give the manufacturer a call. I told them I absolutely couldn't find there silpads and the guy send me 100 peaces, for free!! Hope you are as lucky as I...  /Hugo - maybe found a solution
