Hi,
which would you consider a better cap, more durable in the long run and why? Thanks for your reply. Panasonic TS-UP 100uF 500V http://search.digikey.com/scripts/Dk...?name=P7449-ND or JJCAP- 64126 50 + 50 500V http://www.partsconnexion.com/catalo...ctrolytic.html |

Hi,
Never tried a JJ (who makes them anyway?), but in my experience, I'd take a Panasonic over anything. Cheers! |

they make tubes also. I'm going for the Panasonics since they seem to be more realiable. Thanks for your reply! |

If you have room and really want a tough high performance capacitor that lasts decades, consider an oil filled motor run cap.
80uF 500VAC Eyuda International Oil Filled Motor Run Capacitor. 100uF 370 VAC ASC Shizuki Oil Run Capacitor.
