It says "case negative" so it must be some kind of electrolytic, perhaps from some ex-military stuff that had to withstand very high vibration in a combat vehicle, hence the threaded chassis anchor.
(What a perverted use for nice electronics)

Hi guys.....
This is a mil-spec cap, The CL 16 series I would suspect these to be of the older Vitamin Q type construction I noticed also the date code of 1977........... Or of Tantalum type, I do know the CL 65's are Steve @ Apex Jr |
