Agree with 8µF, 270V but it looks more like a sparkplug for an Ottomotor.

This is a mil-spec cap, The CL 16 series
I would suspect these to be of the older
Vitamin Q type construction I noticed also
the date code of 1977...........
Or of Tantalum type, I do know the CL 65's are
