Default Source or replacement 2sa872

Hi,
I need adequate replacements or a reliable source for the mentioned Q's. The npn complement seems to be still available.

Apart from low noise, the low Cob seems to be the major feature I need.
thanks for some input,
Rüdiger

Hitachi use 25V for Cob, you must use the graph to compare to other devices.
Look at 992, 1370, 1406.
