I've seen a few circuits where the MAT02 was substituted *directly* for the 2sk389, despite the 2sk389 being a dual FET. Is there a generalizable rule that defines when and where this is possible? Only issue I could see is that the MAT02 might have too much gain, but I'm not exactly sure how to compare the two...
Thanks! |
