Missing Info - Help Needed
I found a bunch of 6 legged IC's marked h11 aa1 8521 i have searched for a datasheet but haven't found it, can anyone please help me with that - i'm not sure but it looks like the Motorola logo on the IC.
It might be some old models...of something that i haven't found out yet..

Thanks fore the information it's because i have got a lot of old electronic pieces from a friend, but theres a lot of things that i can't find datasheets on anymore.
Is this type LED - TRIAC or LED - LDR ?

Its a phototransistor output. Input is inverse parallel leds for use with an ac input. If you google H11AA1 you will find all the data you need.
