Default Help identifying Tadiran semiconductors

Hi

I would appreciate if anyone can help me with data on the following parts made by Tadiran ( Isreal Electronics Industries Ltd );
MT300
MT305
They are both in metal cans with 6 gold plated leads.

Thanks

Don

Jacco

Thanks, your reply accounts for the readings my "device" analyser gave out.
Are they any use- do you know what device they are similar to?

Don

P.S. I am again impressed by the useful information ( I think that is the right phrase ) at your finger tips.

Fun, is it not ?

The art of paper (and a large storageroom). That TAD stuff must be pretty old.
precision regulators, TO92s are too small so LM723 or something else DIP8-ish.
