Help identifying Tadiran semiconductors

I would appreciate if anyone can help me with data on the following parts made by Tadiran ( Isreal Electronics Industries Ltd );
MT300
MT305
They are both in metal cans with 6 gold plated leads.

Are they any use- do you know what device they are similar to?

The art of paper (and a large storageroom). That TAD stuff must be pretty old.
precision regulators, TO92s are too small so LM723 or something else DIP8-ish.
