small 2SA1216+2SC2922

Anyone know this transistor? MOSPEC made 2SA1216+2SC2922, but the casing is TO-247 (instead of MT-200 that Sanken use).

Are the MOSPEC and Sanken give exactly the same performance?

I moved your post. This seemed like a better spot for it.

The MT200 case has lower thermal resistance, so I don't know what to say about these parts. I wouldn't like this at all. Is this part available in the correct package from MOSPEC?

Yes, I think it can with the right construction. On Semi's MJW parts are rated at 150 W. I am attaching the MJW0281A / MJW0302A data sheet. These are really nice (but discontinued) parts. I believe the other MJW series parts will be rated at the same power.
