am running 300W Peavey Eurosys 3 speakers from a EP2500 - Trying to use cunning and skill not to over-juice the speakers. (i'm saving to get a better speaker setup)
Unfortunately when I wasn't looking one of the guys upped the power and blew the woofer in one speaker and fried the Tweeter on the other.
I can replace the woofer with an eminence alpha 15".
The problem lies with the tweeter, it is a dual tweeter and has a resistor attached to one of the connectors. I have tested the actual tweeters & they're giving me sound..i.e it appears the resistor has fried.
What resistor though? I haven't got a clue to what to ask for when replacing it - I have attached it to see if someone can help.
