IRF820 replace

hi to all,
anybody can advice me if this IRF820 can be replace with BUZ80A or IRF840. I have only here availlable parts those BUZ80a and IRF840 mosfet. and the parts to be replace is IRF820. thanks in advance.

Depends how sensitive the rest of your circuit reacts to different gate capacity. But at least the 840 should do the trick, don't know about the 80...
