Default Panasonic ECQ-P ECQ-P(Z) and ECQP(U) capacitors

any feedback on this capacitors?

how do they stacked up against wima mkp series?

I guess the panasonic has 1 edge because of its non-inductive construction.

thank you for the help

ps. I searched the forum and very few discussion came up.

Panasonic is probably the most confusing part number system in the world. I have no doubt that they do this on purpose. Surplus dealers cut into factory sales.

The date codes are hyroglyphics and the catalogs may not decipher them.

Panasonic has so many numbers and codes that go obsolete in a few years that people don't know what they are.

ECQ-P is polypropylene film in my 1994 catalog. Don't know about the Z and U.

I have no idea how they compare to other caps. I am giving my explaination of why you may not find much info or get many replies.

Default ECQ Caps

All of these capacitors are exactly the same.
The Z and U designator was for lead style.

The Z is Crimped
The U is Straight / Uncrimped.
