Need to find these transistors
Need to find these transistors, i believe they are, that are used in these 12v automotive HID xenon ballast. I do not need the exact part but a close replacement parts.
 the small one is 1S5 the big one is E, k2098 It burnt out and smoked. I get some more pics of the detailed description labelled on the semi. |

The big one is probably a mosfet 2SK2098
datasheet here: http://www.ortodoxism.ro/datasheets/...K2098-01MR.pdf for the small one... i dont't know....
