What do you want to do with it? TI's TAS3004 has built-in A/D and D/A, plus digital in/out, but it is not a general purpose DSP. It is a special DSP with fixed functionality including EQ, bass/treble, dynamic range compression/expansion, delay/reverb/3D effects, and volume control. It does not require writing DSP code... you just set parameters to control each function.

Also look at the Analog Devices Blackfin parts. The BF537 ezkit eval board had ethernet input, analog in and out, I2S, I2C, SPI, and with an optional board has multi-channel in and out, plus SP/DIF in and out.

Worth a look. There development tools are great as well, like VisualAudio which is a graphical DSP design tool. The developer tools are free to download. BTW the Blackfin supports ucLinux.
