Default To-220 9-pin library?

I'm playing around with the LM4950 chip a bit,and wanted to make up a couple boards,But I can't seem to find a library in Eagle that has a TO-220 9-pin package..

I'm pretty new to PCB software, but I suppose I could try to make up my own library..

But first,I wanted to see if anybody else already had one maybe they could post here/send me?
