Carver c3000 transistor

I am rebuilding a blown carver pm-1200 amp and I need to replace one of the "c3000" transistors in the amp. However a c3000 is a carver number and I was wondering if anybody knew a good sub that I could use. The transistor is a TO3 style.

Sunfire has taken over what remains of Carver. Go to the Sunfire website and get their phone number. Ask to be connected to Carver service. In the past they have been quite helpful regarding older Carver products.

PS: Please post the answer as I've wondered about that myself but have not acutually NEEDED to know. In fact I suggest you ask for the equivalents for all the Cxxxx ouput transistors as there are at lease 4 types that I know of from the schematics.
