Default BG bypass

Hello,
Do you think it is worth using .1mf Black Gate NX HI-Q caps for power supply bypassing? (OPA2134 or LM4562 op amps)
TIA

I thought film capacitors were better for by-passing.

If you use a BG N for the power supply cap, you may be better off.
