Well almost. You still need to etch. But for making boards, this is pretty nice. It uses an inkjet printer with special ink. No need to transfer the ink resist, and you get better resolution to.

Its pretty simple. I finished mine recently, and still have to get double sided printing worked out, but it should be simple. I paid about $30 total for a used 'clogged' printer, plus $60 for the special ink and cartridges. It wasn't to difficult to pull off.
