Default FET's: LND150 and 2SK369 Substitutions ?

I'm building a High Voltage PSU for a tube preamp for a friend, but it seems like that the FET's LND150-HV and the 2SK369 specified in the schematic aren't easy to get here in Denmark

Could someone please recommend substitutes for these ?

Thanks in advance

it's like beed. there's a premium and economy cuts.

I believe the better grades are either less noisy or higher tolerance.

for example:

TL431 there are 3 grades according to tolerance with the best having a .5% tolerance

Jan,

Idss class.

Not a clue about the Sutex lateral depletion device, think you'd have to put on your best smile to a US/Mouser shopper for that one.
The Philly BF862 (nxp) is a possible switch for the K369, according to Dallas Freddy-D.
I can send the amp archive guy something better, BEEP , if the ones below will do =>

Ok and thanks

I do shop in the US from time to time, but it would have been easier just to pick up a substitute at my local component pusher

Regarding LND150:
Ask for samples on the Supertex website, and mark the "I want a call back" button. A few weeks later I got a call from the swiss distributor, who also ships small quantities (in my case 100 pcs.) at a good price (CHF -,60 ea).
