Hi,
Unlike the screw type which is easier, how do you mount this capacitor properly? Appreciate any ideas, links or suggestion. regards, Roland

roland,
you can line them up on sheet of paper to locate holes, i assume you will use all 8 of them right? so that piece of paper can serve as your drilling template.... now for the proper orientation of the lugs, you can loosen the side screw a bit and orient the cans till you get all positive or negative terminals lined up, then tighten them back... this is how i do it, could work for you... hey, this is diy, jsut ask and you shall recieve......

Actually I am not sure he meant "mount"... he probably meant "connect" hence the screw type reference he makes...
Roland just solder them with 8 gauge wire (if too hard, use 10 ga). |

I think he is asking how do you properly mount leads to the top of the caps.
Looks like they are designed to accept crimp terminals like this- (fully insulated quick disconnect) ![]() or this (uninsulated quick disconnect) ![]() or solder wires into the little holes.
