I am designing my theater room (studding it our right now) which will be in the basement. 125watts/channel Sony, Velodyne sub, 5.1 surround and 100-inch front projection tv.
The room is 15'W x 25'L, 7-foot ceiling and concrete floor.
Where would be the best place to locate a "room shaker" and how powerful should it be?
I've been checking out Aura's Bass Shaker Pro (50 watts/channel) - should I look for something a little more powerful? And where could I possibly put it when all I have is a concrete floor?
Thanks!

Hard to beat the Butt Kicker.

Goes down to 5 Hz, from 400 to 1600 W.
I doubt very much if any bass shaker is going to do anything bolted to a concrete floor. You want to be on a suspended wooden floor for best results. Bolted to the sofa should also work.

Butt what?
You should check out the "technical" document on that site.

It has some info regarding the best places to mount a shaker.
From what I've heard, typical shakers don't need much power. Somewhere in the order of 30w. Anybody have any experience with these?
