Default What is M54AC2653MT ?

I have on my desk a tube containing 4 pieces of M54AC2653MT chips.
Very small 16 pin dual in line surface mount.
They have probably come to me as free samples at some time but now I don't remember what they are! I cannot find any such numbers on Google.
Anyone got a clue what they might be ?
