I have made this project but id doesent work.
if enyone have some sugesstions aboutthis proekt or have new proekt for testing the transistirs

Hi Risto80,
Why not simply use the diode test function on your ohmmeter? There are a number of different pinouts used for transistors and you would generally use the ohmmeter to figure this out anyway.

Default Transistor Tester

The method descibed by Chris is invaluable for identifying the pinout and type (NPN/PNP) of unknown or unmarked transistors. However, most modern DVMs, even the medium priced ones,
have a transistor tester mode for small signal type transistors . The accuracy of the HFE reading often varies considerably among different brands of DVM. Where possible,use "Google" to search for data on your type of transistor, so that you know which part of the transistor socket to plug into.
