Hello,
Toshiba made fabulous transistors.
A complementary pair as K389 / J109 in BL range are hard to find, so I think, we've to look elsewhere.
NP suggested to replace them by J108 / K370. When I find J108, its n-brother is lacking !
Closely same experience with K413 / J118, except I 've not find one of them !
I know those transistors are come from Toshiba, like my laptop. But, they're unavailable.
Is some one have a clue to solve the nippon transistor mystery ?

Hi Jacco, glad to hear you again!
Literally, "in Offerta" means "on (discount) sale". But, to be sure, if you're interested, I can make them a phone call (and ask if they accept orders from abroad).
Ciao!
