Hello all, I have many (>60) PS11526 N channel power FETs made by Motorola circa 1986-1988. They are in a TO-3 metal can package. Would anyone out there have a late 1980's Motorola databook with this part in it? If so, can you scan the spec sheet and attach?
I plan on using these FETs to build the quasi's NMOS amp on this link. Thanks in advance for your time. tommyp |
