PSpice modeling, MOSFET, Turn-on Charge, Reverse drain current

I'm building model for MOSFET, 2SJ201. MOSFET has eight curves in PSpice model editor, Transconductance, Transfer curve and so on. Model is almost ready but is still missing Turn-on Charge and Rev. Drain Current information.

How do I get the Turn-on Charges calculated from the datasheet?

Orcad help says:
Qgs gate-source charge to start switching
Qgd gate-drain charge to switch load

Datasheet tells capacitances, Ciss, Coss, Crss

Then there is Reverse Drain Current. What is that for? I think datasheet tells nothing about that. How important is this for solid state amp simulation? I think I don't need it. There is no reverse current in amplfier final state.

I think Turn-on Charge is important because it estimates the capacitive load for voltage amplfication state.

Is there Pspice model editor manual for newbies?

I wonder why Orcad 9.2 has model for 2SK1530 but NOT for the complementary device 2SJ201
