looking for old data sheet
 
back in the '70's TI produced a data sheet for a Dark Emitting Diode (DED) as a joke. i used to have a copy of it, but lost it. anybody have a copy of it???? i also seem to remember a data sheet by NS or AD about an op amp that either was internally shorted or had some incredible frequency reponse of DC to Daylight......

I remember that!

I read it in a Gernsback publication called Radio-Electronics. Maybe look for back issues, especially April issues?

I'd like to see that myself. I've seen one for WOM (Write Only Memory) which is pretty funny.

i have a copy of the WOM datasheet..... another one i used to have was from Honeywell, for a Personal Erasable Non Corruptible Imaging Loader and a Personal Entry Notator......:D
