5.1 amplifire for surround

Hi a have a DVD player, but it dont have a amplifire on outpout, i bout a passiv surround (make a mistake) but it dont make a sound because a don't have a 5.1 amplifire, das someone have or know how to make 5.1 amplifire or to give me a scheme with parts and IC to make it for home. Thanks for everybodi.

You need to make 5 separate amplifier channels, and another for the sub. Look around on here there are lots of good amp designs. Your problem will be getting the volume level right on each channel though.

Although I think you will find it cheaper to just buy a basic 5.1 amp with pre-inputs.

That is one way, but you could instead just make one big PSU to share between amps. That is how home cinema amps do it.
