I'm working on a 2x12" G120C XL and a G160 XL 1x12". These are both SS guitar amps. I need 4 50k and 2 100k .125" diameter shaft pots. I have checked Mouser and Digikey with no luck. Mouser has soe that might work but they are 5.50$ ea. I did not want to make this a 35$ repair.
Anyone know where i can find these pots? Or should i just try contact cleaner? Thanks... http://i120.photobucket.com/albums/o...amp333/Pot.jpg |

You could try contacting Crate for parts, see the second last question on their FAQ. If the pots are just scratchy I've used "Lectra Clean" from CRC with good results. Don't use WD-40 as it leaves a corrosive residue.
