I have a SMPS ( 12vdc to 220v ac ) and some of the mosfets are down .
I can't find P60NF and P60NF06 ( i need a subtitute for those , any idee ? I have to mention that those parts are where 12v dc come in .Thanks |

Sounds like a 60A SMPS MOSFET from ST:STP60NF06.

Any idee for a substitute? I can't find it in my country . Maybe some more commun part ? |
