As far as I know Behringer stopped rating their amplifiers by the RMS power a while ago and currently they are using terms like "max power" for their power ratings. According to Behringer official statements the expected continous power rating, aka RMS power, would be "around" half the declared max power rating, although they never disclose what method they're using for testing and measurement.
