is there a model number for your 12" speakers? and did you look through the packing in the boxes for a data sheet? without more details about your speakers it's almost impossible/useless to try point the way on a box design.
running your 95 watt/ch amp into these speakers: impedance matching is less of a consequence than running into clipping/distortion because that can cause voice coil overheating not to mention the stress it's putting on the amps output stage.
