Hello everyone
i have purchased samson rsx215 but they didn't produce good sound on low frequencies i mean they have not good bass as compare to wharfedale delta 215 but sound good on mid and high.
is there any solution or modification to get better sound from these speakers
1 more thing i am newbie and don't have much knowledge about speakers

This is the problem with dual 15 DJ class speakers, they really don't eliminate the need for subs.. that takes truely large/heavy boxes like the Yorkville Elite 2000. That said you should do a simple 9v battery check to make sure none of the 15's are wired out of polarity by mistake, when + of the battery is connected to the + speaker input(and - to -) you should see both drivers move outwards in unison.
