mid speaker watts?
For tweeter PA-D44 Paudio spec sheet say 30W@ 1 khz, 50W@ 2 khz.
Can this be applied to midrange speakers?
The speaker Fs is 55hz and manufacturer claim that it is rated for 300 Watts.
If i use it in sealed box & Fs (with hp filter) as 150 hz, will the power handling change?

Yes, given VC and motor size it may very well stand 300W RMS.

Yes, but given what you'll need for a 300W 250 Hz passive crossover, it pays to go one extra step and biamplify.
Use the 450W for your woofer and add a 100 to 200W for your midrange.
