Yes, all outputs are available. The output configuration is selectable. N&P are this way because of pcb routing considerations.

Does this mean that the outputs are switchable between 2 channels and 8 channels? Perhaps I am wrong, but I thought that in a stereo configuration 4 outputs are summed for each channel ? I believe there is an RD50IV under development. I presume it is stereo only ?
 
The RD50 wasn't intended for multi-channel. Any stereo configuration can be available at the output. FPGA data paths will allow me to route data from any channel to any output(s). RD50IV is indeed under development. How many channels will be on the final IV board, I haven't decided yet.
