Default integrated amp as mic preamp?

I'm staring at the Behringer ecm8000 mic who's xlr output I've converted to mono RCA.

I'm wondering, I just want to do some room measurements for DRC, so can I put this into my old sansui and then somehow get it out to my Emu 0404 which has only spdif and midi in?

I could be going about this entirely the wrong way, but I'm hoping not to have to buy a mic preamp for something I'm only going to do once. Thanks

The mic also needs phantom power.
